Arrow ECS' DNS Arrow group signs exclusive agreement with TADASoft

Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions' DNS Arrow group announced that it has been certified by TADASoft as a distribution partner for TADASoft's award-winning solution, Restorepoint. This agreement strengthens DNS Arrow's security offering in the U.K., as the product is only available through DNS Arrow and is not available through direct sales.

Network back-up device to bolster product range

HARROGATE, U.K. (June 29, 2009) - Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions' DNS Arrow group announced that it has been certified by TADASoft as a distribution partner for TADASoft's award-winning solution, Restorepoint. This agreement strengthens DNS Arrow's security offering in the U.K., as the product is only available through DNS Arrow and is not available through direct sales.

As TADASoft's distributor, DNS Arrow will recruit and manage the Restorepoint channel in the U.K. "Restorepoint is the innovative industry product for back-up solutions. It was important to TADASoft to partner with the leading distributor in the U.K.," said Rory Nolan, director of TADASoft. "As DNS Arrow has many large security vendors already in their portfolio, our product will be an easy add-on, at very high margins."

Restorepoint is a low-cost solution for end-user networks as well as managed service providers for backing up and restoring configuration files from multivendor devices (e.g., firewalls, routers, switches, proxies, etc.) on the network. It automates the back-up task on time. Devices supported within Restorepoint include; Juniper, Cisco, Check Point, Proofpoint, F5 Networks, Watchguard, Nokia, Barracuda, Blue Coat and many more.
